Ships can be obtained through the 4 cities in Pirates Online


There are many ships available in Pirates Online and they are listed below, along with the level requirement of each type of ship.




After you build the ship, you ll find the Vessel Deed in your inventory. (You can´t drag in to the bank). You can trade it, but the you will lose the experience on it and some levels.
To level a ship you need to docked your ship in a City Harbour, and talk to the builder of that harbour to 'Upgrade' your ship.

If your ship sinks
-----------------------
  • Open up your inventory(Alt+E).
  • Right-click you Vessel Deed .
  • Find out where your ship is docked.
  • Go to that dock and look for the Harbour Operator.
  • Talk to him and select Salvage.
Note: To salvage a sunken ship requires some gold. Then you'll have to repair and refuel your ship.

Building your ship

There will be a Ship Builder NPC at the harbor of the 4 cities to provide players the option of building a new ship or upgrading an existing one. Different ships will be available at each harbor and to find out how good these ships really are, players will have to explore the whole world to know the answer. Each character can have a maximum of 3 ships.

During the building of the ship, player can customize the bow, engine, cannon and component to their preference. Different combination will have different effectiveness. After the construction of the ship, players will obtain the Vessel Deed. This is a certificate of ownership.

Set Sail

After you build your ship, talk to the Harbor Operator to set sail. Only those ships that are docked at that particular harbor can be used. The Harbor Operator also provides the players the option to repair or refuel their ship.

Sailing
-----------------------

Fuel will be used when the ship is in the sea. When the fuel reaches 0, the durability of the ship will be deducted. If the ship durability falls below 0, the ship will sink and player will be considered dead. Players can salvage their sunken ship in the harbour where the ship is docked.

Landing

Each harbour has its respective landing portal. Players will need to move their ships toward these portals to land. Ship will be docked at the particular harbor where player lands. Talk to the Harbor Operator to set sail again.

Others
-----------------------

When you build your ship, you can select fishing net or mechanical arm as a component for its respective skill. With these components, players can fish in the sea or salvage sunken ships.

During salvage of sunken ship, players may obtain junks or valuables.
